I live in Cornwall, UK, and take inspiration for my work from my coastal and rural surroundings. I predominantly work with alternative photographic processes and I want my images to spark conversation about our diverse environments and our impact on them. I am always keen to collaborate.

I am an artist who’s work only exists through acts of collaboration with the public. I am currently struggling to maintain a sense of coherence between being a gay man who loves men and masculinity, but who wants to challenge the ‘toxic’ masculinity that is so damaging to women and men.

I am interested in exploring photography as ‘Inframedium’, playing with the boundaries of the photographic object, its material ‘nature’ and the visual possibilities that exist within it. Stripping away the ‘Apparatus’ of the camera and thus stepping out of the arena of the technical image, I am exploring a different set of gestures with which to reveal the material’s phenomenological potential.
