    I work in the medium of film/video and photography. I studied photography before going on to study fine art at Leeds where I specialised in video art. As a filmmaker I've made creative films for Screen Yorkshire and North West Vision in England. My photographs have been exhibited online and in galleries, both in the UK and internationally.

    Since my training at Edinburgh College of Art I have been inspired by nature. My mission explores the emotional symbolism of my subject matter and seeks to distil the image to enhance this. I am a slow meditative painter. This process puts me in touch with the healing spirit I inherited from the medics in my family.     Julia Pomeroy, London (b.1998) is works in London and has exhibited with a range of galleries. Pomeroy graduated from the MFA at City and Guilds London School of Art in 2024 and she was awarded the Leverhulme Scholarship for her studies. She also studied at Leeds Arts University for her BFA in 2017-2020. Pomeroy is oil painter and also explores drawing and printing.
