    I am a writer and artist from Cardiff, Wales. My work explores women’s voices, mythology, spirituality, memory, and survival. I use art to reclaim identity, empower and give visibility back to people whose stories have been hidden or dismissed.     Joanne is a visual artist whose creative journey began in photography but flourished into painting. While formally trained in photography, she is a self-taught painter who embraces acrylics and mixed media to convey emotion through expressive and dynamic compositions. She is often seen walking her dog with her camera at the ready to capture special moments.

    I'm an artist, educator and curator. I create sculptural installations, using recycled and found materials.     I'm a 53 year old Artist from Yorkshire, i Love to paint what is in my head. I do occasionally like to paint a portrait, usually a personality from a band. Having suffered with my mental health issues i find it a personally tailored therapy that seems to work well. I would like very much to share my paintings.
