    Ross’ practice is centred around nature in an urban environment, a sense of place, utilising and repurposing found and recycled materials are key to both sustainability & minimising my artistic footprint. Examining the relationship with nature that surrounds us; time, identity, consumption and history informs these concerns, inviting us to view things in a different way.

    I am a painter who is interested in people, places, objects and groups in society. My role as a teacher informs my work and I often respond to my immediate environment.
