    In 2024 I became aware of the huge potential of acrylics so have switched across from watercolours that I have done for 10 years or so. Loving the fact that you can use almost anything to create a picture and it is a far more creative media. I use the brand name 'Random Acrylics' because they will be exactly that as you will see what you want to see.

    Matt Hooper is a self-taught professional linocut printmaker, working from his studio in Leeds. He makes linocut prints following both the traditional Japanese Woodblock style and more contemporary linocut methods, a reflection of his passions for both subjects. After 30 years in a Leeds print factory, Matt left with the goal of making every piece of paper into something beautiful.

    Based in Sheffield, England I have been a professional artist since graduating in Fine Art (painting and printmaking) in 1998. I have worked in various artist studios around Yorkshire and worked on a diverse range of projects from commissions to specialist art workshops.     I resumed making sculpture in 2014 and have since shown sculpture, audio visual pieces and drawing.     Darren is a metal sculpture artist originally from Leeds, who designs and makes functional yet prominent sculptures. The journey started in the mid 90's after completing my studies at the Leeds College of Art. I was successful in having a piece of work accepted into the Leeds Art Gallery, Open Artists Exhibition.
