    I am a neurobiologist by day and artist by night. I explore various topics directly impacting me like the emotional impact of chronic pain, the nature, and the science around me.     I'm a painter of nature, climate, weather and natural phenomenon using recessive colours, working in Norfolk, UK. My work is associated with embracing the shadow side of the natural world, themes of non self, and a deep concern for the state of the climate. I predominantly use oil for landscapes and seascapes with a limited colour palette, which shifts slowly over time.

    A recent MA Graduate interested in colour and the way light, movement and scale change perception of colour. Inspired by the principles of Reuse/Recycle, Permaculture Gardening, I'm a 'magpie', exploring 'something from nothing', time passing during a process. Each body of work I produce is varied but I'm looking at the same factors; how colour and light affects (inside/outside) materials.
