My practice confronts the increasingly unstable device of the image and its impact on delivering a coherent understanding of our global condition. My work takes the form of a video installation to address the physical and virtual position that the image ambiguously navigates. Alongside my practice, I am also part of Dank Collective- a collective exploring performance, video, and online platforms.

Artist, Writer. I work conceptually with text, image, audio and video. I make work about voice and proximity, facilitating people coming together. My practice explores how we form in response to others, as a work of relief perhaps, according to the spaces and gaps that another's physical and psychic form allow. So power eventually, I look at power.

I'm an artist based in Leeds and specialise in mixed media and acrylic painting. I absolutely love wild flower meadows and nature and this is definitely one of my main inspirations. I also enjoy a challenge and am willing to give other subjects/styles a go! To this end I've recently dabbled in painting pet portraits, seascapes and abstract painting.

The core theme of all my work is an interrogative exploration of our current mode of society, our attitudes and paradigms. My work is a social commentary; I am interested in using the notions of hyperreality and psychogeography to convey my feelings on social class, technology, the media, self-image and queer theory. I work primarily in painting, digital media, photography and illustration.
