    I graduated from the Royal college of Art 2001. As an artist I am interested in the fugitive relationship between the sublime, the abject, and contemporary perceptions of beauty. I am interested in exploring form and material structure to expand the boundaries, physical presence , and significance of painting, and in this context its potency as a vehicle for metaphor and ideas.

    Born in Nottinghamshire, Stuart Reid completed a Foundation course in Art and Design at Grimsby School of Art. He studied Fine Art at Falmouth School of Art and Birmingham School of Art (Postgraduate Painting). He lives in East London and works in a Space Studio.     A mixed media artist; I create with acrylic paint, collage and printing techniques to produce paintings and monotypes. I play with different methods with the aim of making the accidental intentional.     Yewbowart (Yvonne Cavens) is a Scottish artist born in Dumfries in 1972. A self-taught creative from a young age, she began drawing horses in oil paints and pastels as a child, developing a deep, intuitive connection with visual storytelling. Her work now blends abstract realism with a touch of whimsy, often inspired by the landscapes, heritage, and spirit of Scotland.
